Docket closing system through registered Mobile No. of Mobile Van using incoming SMS service.
Communication from Chief Engineer (IT&C) vide memo no.IT&C/38.00/ 1424 dated 26.02.2019.
By using the incoming SMS service spot docket closer may be availed by the technical personnel simply by sending SMS alert like "DONE 9432013301” from the registered Mobile No. of the respective Mobile Van just after completion of the job and probably the procedure is known to all. On getting such SMS, respective Docket will be closed in CRM system.
